	if LEFT_MOTOR	
		set left motor full duty cycle
	if RIGHT_MOTOR
		set right motor full duty cycle
	if BOTH_MOTORS
		set both motors full duty cycle

StopVibrateMotor: takes left/right/both motor(s), returns nothing
	if LEFT_MOTOR	
		set left motor no duty cycle
	if RIGHT_MOTOR
		set right motor no duty cycle
	if BOTH_MOTORS
		set both motors no duty cycle
